With temps in the 80's and 90's last weekend, my thoughts are turning to biking.  Fortunately, northern Michigan has a plethora of biking trails, but my favorite stand-by is the T.A.R.T. trail.  The T.A.R.T. meanders through the Traverse City area, and my favorite piece of it is the 15.5 miles from Traverse City to Suttons Bay.  It's mostly paved, but the last few miles aren't -- doesn't matter because by that time, my mind has wandered off the trail and onto the menu at North Country Grill  - specifically, which beer I'm going to be drinking when I make it to town.   I like to have a destination with a pay off when I hit the trail!
